One of the most interesting tools in Class is work groups. With this tool, the teacher can divide participants into groups and assign them different rooms to work and debate among themselves. The teacher can also launch the necessary tools for each group to work in these rooms.

Creating Work Groups

In the toolbar, select Groups

Choose the number of rooms you want and fill in the other fields that appear; you can do this manually or automatically. The number of participants per room updates automatically for an even distribution. When you are ready, click Create Rooms and Assign Users.

You will see a list of all the rooms created for the groups, where you can rename or delete a room (buttons Rename and Delete) and also move participants from one room to another using Move to and Swap.

You will have access to the same tools as before. Recording is the only feature that is not available during group rooms.
