Class sends email notifications about consumption only to customers who:

1. Have reached their annual quota of minutes and/or storage in the current month.
2. Are at 90% of their annual quota of minutes and/or storage in the current month.

No immediate charges are made for customers who reach their limit mid-year. Any possible additional usage will be considered at the renewal date. They will also continue to be able to view and manage their storage and review the minutes consumed as they currently do, including the bulk deletion process.
