If the courses we offer include an in-person component, we can display the schedule of all the in-person sessions of the course, which in this case are called meetings.
These meetings will then automatically appear in the attendance section and be reflected in the calendar.
Adding the Schedule
We can add the schedule from several locations:
- In the Details and Actions menu, at the bottom, by clicking the Add Course Schedule option
- From the course calendar, we can also add/edit the course schedule.
In both cases, we access the window to add the schedule:
Once we click the plus button, we have the configuration options to define how we want the event recurrence to behave.
From Calendar in the main menu, we can specify office hours as well as the class schedule for each course.
