In Zoom, we have a collaborative tool called Notes that allows us to create, share, and edit text documents in real time during our session.
These notes can be created in advance and prepared for sharing in any session we join: they do not need to be created during the live session, although that is also an option.
From the account management page, we will see the Notes menu
Here, we will see the notes we have already created, and we can create new notes by clicking New.
For notes we have already created, we have the option to share them with someone by clicking the arrow, as well as other options that you can find by clicking the three dots:
Notes includes an editor that allows us to use various fonts and styles, as well as add images.
Once we have created our note, when we are in the meeting, we can access it from More (the three dots) by clicking Notes.
This will open a side panel where we will see our notes and be able to share them.
