At the bottom of the table of contents, we find the link Course Tools, which takes us to an area with shortcuts to the most relevant course functions, just a couple of clicks away.

These same functions are always accessible from the gear in Course Administration, but this link gives us much quicker access to these functions without having to stop and locate them in the menu.
