Intelliboard considers users to be students, teachers, and staff registered in any software with which Intelliboard is integrated or connected. In particular, active Intelliboard users are those who generate any type of data during the license validity period.

The annual cost of Intelliboard licenses is stipulated based on the number of active users during the period. That is, inactive historical users do not count towards the license. Therefore, the cost of the licenses does not depend on the number of people who have access to Intelliboard, but on those who access the LMS, videoconferencing system, etc., whose data is monitored by Intelliboard.

To limit the number of active users, Intelliboard allows us as account administrators to determine which LMS programs or courses are sent to Intelliboard and which are not. To do this:

Go to the Manage Connections menu:

Select the connection you want to change and click on the icon with 3 horizontal dots > Edit.

Go to the Filter Settings tab and select the filters you want to use:
