The Intelliboard Administrator can create both organizational roles and users.

Organizational Roles allow you to determine the permissions of a group of users based on their institutional role. Multiple roles can be created tailored to each institution: teacher, student, program director, department head, etc. As an Administrator, you will assign to each role:

• LMS connection permissions: one or several (if any).
• Account permissions: authority to manage certain functions in Intelliboard.
• Permission to build data sets: can be granted partially or fully.
• Access to any available data sets desired, both in Library and in My Data.

Intelliboard Users can be created manually or automatically (based on LMS data), with a role assigned to each user. These users will have access to Intelliboard, either by logging into the application (https://next-eu.intelliboard.net/data-sets) or via SSO through their LMS. In the latter case, they will be able to view Intelliboard data sets by clicking a button in the online campus.
