Before creating a new dashboard, table, or chart, it is advisable to check if one already exists that is the same or similar in the Library. To do this, go to the Library, check if the desired item exists, and if so, see whether it has a green label with the text Added.

If those items do not have the Added label, you can easily add any item from the Library to My Data, whether it is a dashboard, table, or chart. To do this, open the desired item from the Library and click +Add in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, confirm.

That item will be automatically created in My Data with the same name, and the original will remain in the Library.
