Intelliboard allows you to import database tables that are not connected/integrated. To do this, use the InForm feature, available in the Applications menu:
This allows you to generate tables in Intelliboard that combine LMS data with data from an SIS, CRM, etc.
This is a delicate operation, and it is recommended that you undertake it with the assistance of Intelliboard Support.
You can Import file or Add table, although it is preferable to start by importing the file.
There are 2 ways to import: Schedule import (planning its frequency) or Import file (via SFTP or by selecting a file from your computer). Files must be in Excel or CSV format.
For example, if you choose to import a file, you will need to select it and name the table that will be created in InForm.
Next, you will need to select the table within the file that you want to import:
Finally, the fields contained in that table will be displayed, and you can specify the cell format for each one:
Once you save the changes, you can return to InForm, select a table, and then click the icon with the 3 horizontal dots to access various options, such as:
- Edit to determine the key fields, rename columns, etc.
- Generate dataset to create a standard table in Intelliboard that is available for use:
