If you are unable to modify a table, chart, or dashboard in Intelliboard, it could be because the item itself is not editable, or simply because your user role does not have permission to edit it.

Items in the Library created by Intelliboard are not editable. These items can be added to My Data, but they will not be editable there either.

If the user role does not have permissions to edit the item, the administrator must assign those roles and permissions:

• In the Library, permissions to publish and modify dashboards, tables, and charts are usually restricted to a few administrator users.
• In My Data, there may be additional roles that also have permissions to edit, although it is unlikely that many users have permissions to create and edit items.
