In addition to notifications created for recurring use, it is possible to send an on-the-fly notification from the view of a My Data table that contains a field with email addresses.

Tables that meet this requirement display a column on the left that allows you to select the rows whose information you want to notify. Next, click Notifications and then the Add box. 

A screen will then open with the recipients you selected already preloaded, so you can fill in the notification fields: the subject and the message. Click Send now when you are finished.
