To publish and approve new dashboards, tables, or charts, simply open the item you have built in My Data and click the Publish + Approve or Publish button, as long as you have the permissions to do so.

The Intelliboard account Administrator assigns these permissions at the Organizational Role level. The Approve permission allows users to access the data sets, while the Builder permission enables the ability to create and publish them.

Published but not approved data sets can be viewed in the Library, easily identified by the Pending label. Additionally, they can be conveniently searched by selecting those that are Pending in the Data Set Type filter.

You can approve them simply by opening and clicking Approve. Conversely, the Decline button will undo the publication, and the data set will only be available in My Data.
