Open LMS offers a multitude of activities and resources that we can add to a course. This list will be longer or shorter depending on which activity modules the administrator has enabled.

Here is the process to add any activity or resource:

• Click Add learning activity or resource at the bottom of the section
• Select the resource/activity to add by clicking on its icon
• Enter its name and description (this is optional and we can choose whether it is visible on the course page or not).
• Select its visibility in the course
• Configure the options. Some option groups are specific to a particular type of activity or resource (such as the passing grade), while other option groups are more general, such as:
  • Common module settings: select the group mode of the activity/resource
  • Access restrictions: add restrictions to be met for it to be visible 
  • Activity completion: configure when the activity will be considered complete

Finally, click Save and return to go back to the section or Save and display to view the activity/resource you have just created.
