Once assignments have been submitted, it is time to start grading them. There are several options for accessing the grader; perhaps the simplest is to click the link indicating how many submissions have been made, directly in the activity.
When you click it, you will see the list of students, the submission details, and the Grade button, which will take you to the Open LMS grader so you can conveniently evaluate the student's work and assign a grade and feedback on a single page.
Once in the grader, you can add the student's grade and feedback. You can find details about this grader in this article.
Let's return to the list of submitted assignments.
At the top, there is a filter for choosing which users to view, from selecting first and last name to selecting Status, which allows you to view only those students whose submissions are pending grading or who have received an extension, for example.
You can also download all the work submitted for the activity using the Actions button.
In the table, you will see each student's name, email address, grading status, grade, submission, files, feedback, and more.
By clicking the three dots next to the assignment status, you will find options for editing it, such as allowing another attempt, deleting the submission, or granting an extension.
On the other hand, clicking the three dots next to the grade will give you access to Grade the submission.
