These reports show data collected from each course. To access the reports, open the course index if it is not expanded and click, at the bottom of that index, Course Tools. Then click Open Reports.
The reports are of various types:
- Course Reports: Related to student participation in the activities of a course.
- Correlation Reports: Comparisons between course grades and level of participation in its activities.
- Exception Reports: Identifies students who do not participate, have not submitted a certain activity, are awaiting grading, etc.
- Student View Reports: Shows reports about a single student in the course, such as the most visited activities or submissions made.
- Comparison Reports: Comparisons of grades, accesses, % completed, and other values among students in a course. Program administrators can view comparative data about courses and teachers.
There are also reports focused on the administrator and the student, showing data for the whole (for administrators) and participation in activities (for students).
