You can convert Original courses to Ultra format (the opposite is not possible). We always recommend building the Ultra course from scratch, using the Ultra structure and logic, and then copying the necessary content from Original, but from the administration panel, we can transform groups of courses at once.

To batch convert courses, go to Admin Panel > Courses > Courses  and search for the courses you want to convert.

Select the checkboxes for each of them and click Batch Convert Actions.

• Batch Convert will change the courses to Ultra
• Copy and Batch Convert will make a copy of the course and transform it to Ultra format, leaving the original course as it was.

We recommend using the second option, as this way the Original course will be saved in case it is needed in the future and the copy is the one that is transformed. When selecting this second option, a popup will appear to choose a prefix/suffix to add to the course IDs. Enter it in the box and click Submit.

Your task will be queued and executed along with other system tasks.
