Yes, you can see the host names associated from Admin Panel > Security > Host Name Configuration.

On the screen you will see a series of information, including the number of associated hosts. To see the names of these hosts, click Edit in the contextual menu.

request a new URL from support it appears, but it doesn’t hurt to check that it has been added. If a URL does not appear here, you will not be able to use it.
