When accessing My Data, the available items are displayed, whether they are tables, charts, or dashboards. Each will show:

• First and last name of the item's creator: these load automatically, so only the author can modify them by editing their account details by clicking Manage your intelliboard account:
• The icon that represents the type of content of the item: table, bar chart, etc., although it can be replaced with any desired image (if permission is granted).
• The item name: this is also editable (if permission is granted).

To change the icon image or the name of a table or chart, hover the mouse over the item and, when an icon consisting of three dots appears, click on it and then on Edit:

On the next screen, select Settings and you will be able to modify the item name and add an image for its Preview:
