When accessing My Data, the available items are displayed, whether they are tables, charts, or dashboards. Each one will show:

• First and last name of the item creator: these are loaded automatically, so they can only be modified by the author by editing their account information, by clicking Manage your intelliboard account:
• The icon that evokes the type of content of the item: table, bar chart, etc., although it can be replaced with any desired image (if you have permission).
• The item name: this is also editable (if you have permission). 

To change the icon image or the name of a table or chart, hover the mouse over the item and, when an icon made up of three dots appears, click on it and then on Edit:

On the next screen, select Settings and you will be able to modify the item name and add an image for its Preview:
