To avoid issues if there are more simultaneous rooms, we will assign another primary host.

Changing the host from the course

From the course itself, you can access the course as the host and assign another primary host from among the participants.

Changing the host from the administration panel

From the Class administration panel, the administrator can change the room's primary host. To make the change, 

1. Sign in to the class administration portal.
2. Select Classes.
3. Find the class you want.
4. Select the Participant List tab.
5. Find another instructor to make the primary instructor.
6. Select the ellipsis button (...) in the Actions column.
7. Select Convert to host (Primary instructor).

It is important to note that the class must have a second teacher on the list, and that this additional teacher, who will be the new host on the list, must also have a Zoom license. (The "Convert to Primary Instructor (Host)" option will not be available for unlicensed teachers).

A new meeting will be created for the new host, replacing the existing Zoom meeting associated with the class when this action is performed.  The schedule and the list of members within the Class will not be modified.
