Institutional surveys are questionnaires with various types of questions, launched at the institution level, that can be distributed to certain groups, selected according to their role, membership in a specific course or community, or even by adding a list of emails to send them to parents, alumni, or any other group.
All data is collected anonymously. Additionally, if data is collected from two different courses and the same student is in both, they will receive two requests and will have to respond twice, once for each course.
The general idea is to create the survey, schedule its sending during response periods, receive anonymous responses, and analyze results. Results from two sending periods of the same survey (which will have responses from different people) can be compared in different response periods, but not from two different surveys. These surveys are accessible by the administrator, although we can create profiles that manage them.
