Once the response period for an institutional survey has closed, we can collect and analyze the data gathered.
To view the responses, we will access the survey and click on the number indicating the responses received. The response period will appear. Again, we will click on the number of submissions received, and then a table with the respondents will be displayed. By clicking on each one, we can see what they answered. On this same screen, we can exclude responses from the results to be analyzed.
By clicking Close survey, the response collection period will be closed. Then, we will select the period or periods to analyze and click Analyze results, select the type of comparison to perform, and click View results.
We then choose the questions to include, the response period or periods we want to analyze, and the type of comparison to perform. The available comparison types will depend on the survey configuration and the number of periods selected.
Once all options are selected, we click Accept, and the report will be generated, which we can print.
