To confirm the minutes your institution has consumed, access the administration environment https://eu.bbcollab.com/ using the MANAGER user, and check the Attendance Report (be careful not to confuse it with the Metrics Report).

In the Attendance Report, you can see, for each user, in the AttendeeTotalTimeInSession column the total amount of time each attendee stayed in the session (HH:MM:ss).

Remember to convert the time format from hours to minutes.

In the Metrics Report, we find the SessionTime, which indicates the total room time across all sessions, regardless of the number of users who attended each session (HH:MM:ss).

This time differs from the minutes entitlement metric specified in the contract.
