We can use the Blackboard app from both the production environment and from test and staging.

• Production: Open the app and start typing the name of your institution. Select it from the list and then enter your credentials.
• Test and Staging: To locate the instance, you need to enter an alphanumeric code. You can find this code in Admin Panel > Building blocks > Installed Tools > Blackboard Mobile Web Services Building Block. Click on Settings and then on Server Registration Settings.

You will see the code at the top. Add that code as the "institution" in the app, and log in with your credentials.

If you have multiple URLs or names in production, you will need to configure each one separately so that they are all recognized by the app.
