This is a very unusual error.
In one of the initial phases of the user's connection to the Class for Web session, a web socket level connection is made to the Collaborate saturn server, and it is during this phase that the J08 error can occur.
Therefore, although it strictly indicates a network problem, it may be caused because the user's browser is not working properly with web sockets for some reason.
If you have this problem, perform the tests indicated in the following article to see if it is due to web sockets: HTML 5 Web Socket Test for Network Troubleshooting
As a side note, remember that the browsers we recommend are Chrome and Edge in their two latest versions.
There are cases where this problem can occur from university or office networks that have applied security measures on the network. In such cases, the personnel responsible for those networks should be informed to review this article with Information and network collaboration requirements to allow the use of Collaborate from these networks.
