In Open LMS, you can add a top menu with shortcuts to both internal resources of your own platform as well as external ones. For example, you could add shortcuts to your organization's website, guides or educational materials, other sites of interest, etc.
It is also very simple: you just need to go to Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings and add the names you want to appear in Custom menu items, along with the URL for each one.
You can configure a custom menu here to be displayed by themes.
Lines that start with a dash will appear as top-level parent menu items, and dividers can be used by adding a line of one or more characters when desired. For example:
