From the Mobile Building Block settings, we will only be able to configure one URL and one set of data. In many cases, we may need the institution to appear with more than one name, or more than one URL, or we may need to use two different authentication methods... What should we do in these cases? Is it possible to have more than one entry for the app?

The answer is yes, it is possible. Using the Building Block settings, you will only be able to create one record for mobile, which we will call the primary one. To create the others, we will have to submit a request to the Anthology support portal, indicating:

• URL of the primary Blackboard instance
• Name under which we want the institution to appear in the app's search box for the secondary record
• URL/CNAME with which to associate this name (it can be the same as the primary URL)
• Type of authentication to use (Native or Force web)
