If your organization has the Office 365 suite available for its users, this article can be very helpful 😉, since Microsoft has been working together with Moodle/Open LMS to create a series of integrations for some of their solutions.

Using Office 365 SSO

To create an alternative identity provider, we will use Open ID, which must be configured with the parameters of the enterprise application previously created in Azure Active Directory.

Requirements

It is important to keep in mind that for Teams classes to be generated correctly, the course must be visible and have a TeamOwner enrolled (someone with a Teams account and teacher role). Considering these requirements, the Teams class will be automatically created in the Microsoft tenant.
