Zoom Meetings | Disabling the verification code – Support and administration guides

If you don't want Zoom to ask for a verification code every time a participant joins your room, you can easily disable this option from your user settings.

If you are the platform administrator, you can disable the verification code globally for all users.

To make this change to your profile, follow these simple steps:

Go to the Zoom website and sign in with your credentials.
In the left sidebar menu, click Settings.
Go to the Meeting tab.
Find the Meeting passcode option and disable it.

To change this option in your personal account, it must first be unlocked by your institution's administrator.
