To download the chat from one or more sessions, you must do so by copying/downloading those recordings from the manager.
Once you access the Manager, select Institution reports > Recording report, select the date or dates containing those recordings, and generate the report.
This report is a .csv file. Save it. Now go to Recordings > Institution recordings and click Copy recordings
Upload the .csv file by clicking Upload CSV file, and you can download the recordings either to your hard drive or move them to external AWS storage.
Recordings larger than 10 GB are always transferred to AWS.
Inside each ZIP file, you will find the recording in MP4 format and a text file containing the chat messages.
